At TREADICO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn’t the right fit, we offer an easy 7-day return and exchange policy.

7-Day Easy Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in its original condition

  • Have the original packaging and tags

  • Include all accessories that came with the order

  • Be returned with your order number or proof of purchase

Easy Exchange

If you ordered the wrong size or would like a different size, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

No Refunds

TREADICO does not offer cash refunds or money-back refunds.

All approved returns are handled through exchange or store credit, depending on the situation.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The product has been worn or used

  • The product has been damaged after delivery

  • Original packaging or tags are missing

  • The return request is made after 7 days

  • The product has been altered or modified
